Esta mañana mi esposo llamo para hacer una cita de seguimiento y al momento que le contestaron sin alguna amablilidad la persona esta practicamente lo regaño segun por no hacer las cosas bien y ni dejo que el hablara. El le pidio hablar con alguien mas o la persona encargada y lo ignoro. Si no saben ser amables con servicio al cliente entonces para que estan ahi?
We had a fantastic experience with Colleen Tapia DNP during my 11-year-old son’s wellness exam. I was disappointed with our recent visit. The doctor Colleen did not introduce herself to my daughters, which felt impersonal and unprofessional, especially during first time meeting. Her tone came across as curt and dismissive, which made my children (and me) uncomfortable. We expected a more welcoming and respectful interaction, particularly in a pediatric setting. I hope this feedback encourages more mindful and courteous communication in the future.
The doctors take forever!! They scheduled me for 11:40 I came early they put me in a room but she took one hour to come into the room I left it’s 12:49. They had me in a room waiting for the doctor for one hour before I left didn’t even get to see her. Ridiculous!!
