Terrible customer service! We had them put in a gate system a couple of years ago. At first they were fine and responsive after we paid them the big money. Then they stopped answering our calls. This last time it took 3 weeks of calling and calling Cell Gate who had referred them to get a response. When they came out they told us we needed new gate hinges for $2000 and left.
