I highly recommend Access Garage Doors Inc. for general repairs. I called to arrange a technical consultation regarding two misaligned door panels and a technician, Alex Chapman, came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem immediately (stating it was the first time he had ever seen this type of problem) and 30 minutes later, the door was fixed. I learned about their company through another satisfied customer.
The cables for our garage door broke one day a couple of years ago. We were in a pinch since opening and closing the door became very risky if not impossible. We called Access and they came the next day and fixed everything for us! Very professional and thorough.
I was provided excellent service from beginning to end. They quickly came to the house to determine what the problem was. He explained everything to me and provided options. Pricing was great compared to other companies. It was two days before the parts were obtained but they returned promptly and did an excellent job. I couldn't get my car started to move it from the garage for him to work but he worked around it without any issue.
