ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DELIVERY OF FLOWERS I EVER RECEIVED!! I don't have the heart to take a picture and send to my loved one who sent them. Not sure how much she spent on the bouquet, but they are basically close to dead already and they were just delivered 10 MINUTES ago. DO NOT USE Flowers on the Vine! Be extremely cautious if your FTD order is routed to this florist in Willoughby/Willowick, OH. Both my sister and I ordered funeral flowers for my father-in-law’s service—one order placed directly through Flowers on the Vine’s website and the other placed through FTD via a local florist. I ordered balloons and bear for our granddaughter who had surgery today. She received them this evening.
I called this florist to order a birthday arrangement and was given three price options—small, standard or large. I chose the standard for $78 and specifically requested a bright, cheerful design with an emphasis on yellow. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like what I expected. The bouquet featured oversized sunflowers and very dark filler flowers that didn’t complement each other at all.
