They delivered birthday flowers sent to me 3 days after my birthday, with a vase only half full of water, with dead petals in it and some of the greenery yellowed. I called 1-800-flowers to tell them. My friends who sent them received a refund. I am only posting now, as this is the second time I have received unattractive bouquets from them. Super disappointed in this place. I ordered flowers online for delivery for Mother’s Day. On May 1st, my mom received the flowers by mistake. Not only was it the wrong day of delivery, but the flowers they sent were completely different and looked messy and cheap. I called and spoke to someone - she apologized and said the order must’ve been misprinted or something. She said she would send the correct arrangement on Mother’s Day and would “make it real pretty” for me and include lighter pink flowers like the ones on the webs... read more
When in for some Mother’s Day Boquets! The selection was wide and for a good price. They even added a splash of color to one free of charge because my mom’s favorite color is blue.it is also nice to have a flower shop that is open 7 days a week and open after I get off work.
They delivered the wrong arrangement and card. I tried calling Flowers from you and the barely spoke English. I sent flowers to Nadine and a different bouquet showed up with a card for Carmen. The address was clearly marked.
