Really upset with them! I had an apt with my son told them my sister would take him and asked if I needed to fill out any paper work so that he would be seen and they said no! And today I went to the apt and they said he needed to get medical updated! I did it and they said it was to late to get him in becuase of his apt! Really upset that their front office did not help at all,! This is carthage access family
Friendly and courteous staff. I didn't have to wait very long. It does take a while to get an appointment, they are always booked about a month out. Prices are fair and affordable. I have an extraction next month, I'll update more after.p
Made an appointment showed up and was told my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t answer the phone a day prior…they didn’t try to reach out any other way so that I know. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
