The most kind knowledgeable staff I've ever experienced. They were patient and explained step by step what was going to happen.
Had an appointment this morning, they called yesterday to confirm I called back and confirmed, was there 10 mins before my appointment and they had dropped it and gave to someone else. All that was said was sorry I don’t know how that happened. Very disappointed and frustrated!
Good, but Extremely Hard to get in. It's going to be next year!
