Access Eye Care had the most incredible service. Everyone I encountered from the reception area to the young lady, Sincere who got me prepped and Dr Biscombe who did my vision screening and explained things in a most user friendly manner. The experience was almost pleasant although I was there for care. I will make this my home for eternity care going forward!
While I like Dr. Biscomb and have been coming to this office for a decade, my last 2 visits have involved unreasonably long waits! In the past 2 months, I have come for an appt for myself and another time for my oldest 3 children. Both times we have waited for a very long time to be seen even though we were on time for the appointment. It is very frustrating to take off of work and then have to wait for a long time to see the doctor. I will be looking for a new eye doctor.
