They have predatory sales tactics and horrible customer service.
By October 13, 2015 Access had inspected and treated my place for drywood and subterranean termites. I had to call them back for retreatment of subterranean termites in one room. I was satisfied with their service.
Dear Attorney General, On the date of 7/13/2016 Jonathan R. came to my door selling service for pest control. My understanding with him, was that I could cancel my contract whenever. He never specified that I would have to pay a cancellation fees of $125. When I called on 8/26/2016 I asked why they had charged my debt card for the amount of $200 dollars they said it was because initial fee and regular services.
