TJ is the absolute best! We have used him twice now and wouldn’t use anyone else. This last time we ran into a big mess where a major bank messed up our buy but TJ was able to salvage the entire deal with his tenacity and hard word not to mention he matched the conditions the major originally offered but failed to follow thorough on.
TJ is incredible! I can’t say enough great things about him. He helped me with my initial mortgage as well as my refi. He always helped answer my questions and gave great advice. He was always on top of things to make sure documentation was submitted in a timely manner. Both times I walked into closing, I knew exactly what my numbers were going to be...so there was no scramble at the last minute, or any surprises that showed up at closing.
