Our experience with Access Doors & Windows was extremely frustrating. We raised repeated concerns about improperly waterproofed window openings, recessed windows, damaged trim, and unfinished drywall/stucco work. One window was ordered the wrong size and they added a 2x4 beneath it to make up the difference, then reinstalled the original sill on top of the wood. I highly recommend Access Door & Window. I met with a number of window replacement providers and Access was the clear winner. Peter was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very straightforward and honest as he discussed options and solutions. Most importantly, Peter was most interested in providing us the best solution to meet our needs. The Crew was on time, very diligent, quick, and did a solid installation job. They were very clean and organized. Our project was done and closed out without any mishaps. Highly recommend this hurricane impact company.
Bad experience overall. Won’t complete the job. Left the house in really bad shape. Damaged the home on both the interior and exterior and won’t come back to fix it.
