The Crew was on time, very diligent, quick, and did a solid installation job. They were very clean and organized. Our project was done and closed out without any mishaps. We had a great experience using Access Doors and Windows. They provided a quote in a timely fashion and modified it several times as I made adjustments. I received quotes from three companies and theirs was the most competitive. They installed our windows as scheduled and completed the installation in one day. Jeff and his crew did an amazing job replacing all of my windows and doors with impact windows and doors. Access Doors was the best value and the their quality of work was top notch. Danny completed my install yesterday for sliders and entry doors. He was professional, neat, and courteous of my dogs during the install. I'm very pleased with the final install and overall service. There was 1 hiccup with communication in the beginning but the owner took the time to call me directly, we were able to resolve it, and move forward. Have to respect a company that the owner is that involved in day to day business, to call a customer unprompted. I'm very pleased and thankful for my product.
