For two years now I have dealt with Violeta regarding my insurance plans. Violeta is the epitome of professionalism. On both occasions she listened, acted, and performed thorough work. Her effort is outstanding and exemplary. She definitely made it easy for me. I definitely look forward to working with Violeta in the future.
I am extremely frustrated with this clinic. Every single time I schedule an appointment they either cancel it or reschedule it last minute. There is always some excuse and it’s impossible to get seen on time. On top of that whenever I ask to speak with a supervisor about these ongoing issues, I’m always told she’s “on break” or unavailable. It feels like they don’t value their patients time at all. They have even canceled my appointment 3 times in a row!!! I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs reliable care. ... read more
I am so grateful for the care I received from Violeta Roman . She is not only a skilled but also a kind and caring person. I felt like I was in good hands.
I have been going since 2023 as my primary care and Jessica has provided me with excellent medical care. I also see Tania for behavioral health and she has been amazing in getting me through my trauma.
