Ive been using this office for over 10 years and I have been treated very well and I have had several procedures done and all of them turned out well. Dr Mike Shaffer is very attentive and the staff is awesome as well. This is your dentist if your looking for one. This people are wonderful and they care about their clients. I love my Dentist.
I have seen Dr. Shaeffer for almost six years. The entire staff is excellent, and I never wait upon arrival. Every dentist I've ever had (for routine checkups) stops in for a few minutes after the x-rays, cleaning, etc are completed. I've never had a dentist spend as much time with me as Dr. Shaeffer. I love this office!
Always friendly and understanding, since day one they have always been very personable. Everytime I call the university office, they know my fiance and I by first name. Scheduling is always easy!
Highly professional; they treated me with respect and listened closely to my comments and questions.
