I had an appointment at 3, got there a little earlier and was called an hour later past 4pm. Very long wait time to get called in. Once you get called in doctor takes a very long time to come in and check you.
My treatment was explained to me and the staff was respectful of my needs. My only complaint is that when you pull that many teeth you should give some pain medicine That was the hard part . It was very painful!
The dentist I had an appointment with was nice(ish), but pretty much only after I started crying in her chair. My care was NOT handled gently or slowly like I was told it would be. Instead, it felt rushed, incomplete, and I was made to feel like an annoyance when I felt pain and needed them to let up for a few seconds. Instead of easing into the novocaine shots, I was repeatedly JABBED with the needle across my top gums. Western Dental took good care of me after losing a tooth. I had an extraction from a specialist that comes there once a month. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
