The new “doctor/denist” messed up filling my cavity. I felt like she was just playing around in my mouth and sure enough not even 2 weeks after I got it filled it hurts I can’t eat nothing on the left side of my mouth because my nerve is open no matter if it’s a chip, something cold or meat I can’t eat it on my left side because it hits the nerve on that tooth she needs fired immediately so she doesn’t do it to anyone else and no one will answer my calls when i call up there to complain!
If anyone can help me find any references I can go to for my braces since I have not been seen by my orthodontist from access dental since March. I’m going on 4/5 months now without being seen. When I call the office I get sent to a 3rd party and I’m told that they will reach out to me. My worst nightmare is happening…. Send help. Smh.
My husband and I were beyond impressed with the customer service and overall experience we had at Access Dental & Orthodontics. We brought our three daughters in for their appointments, and even though we arrived early, there was a slight misunderstanding with our insurance. Ms. Rikki at the front desk and the office manager, Ms. Dee, went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out quickly and smoothly. Terrible all you can get a hold of is a call center. The people at the call center cannot talk to the persons at the actual dental office. There is no way to get ahold of the dentists office directly. Just go somewhere else !
