Horrible customer service & zero communication. Driving 20+ miles for them to tell me they need to reschedule NOT ONCE, but twice.
Drove 40 mins to find a locked door and nobody called me to let me know they would be closed randomly that day. Still have not received a call to reschedule after I already waited a month with emergent needs.
I been waiting 3 months to get my bottom braces, and it’s been an issue ever since then. NEVER AGAIN because my appointment is always getting cancelled or the system is down. WE CANNOT GO HERE NO MORE THANK YOU. And ever month i am supposed to be getting my braces cleaned and new colors every month my own MOTHER is wasting money with her own insurance because of this. Please don’t go here i loved this place before but it’s getting worse everyday!! WE ARE DONE.
Do not go here if you value your time and money. I signed a 14 month contract for braces and have had them for almost 3 years with the orthodontist not giving me any estimate on when they will come off. I have not had an adjustment in MONTHS because every attempt I have made to schedule one the person on the phone has “not had the schedule” they say they will call back, or someone will call back to schedule, and nobody ever does. If I could give it negative stars I would. This place is a total joke!!!!!! My kids appointments have been constantly cancelled or rescheduled every time for the past few months.
