Last year my daughter had an appointment for a cleaning and checkup that was 3 months waiting for and they called and canceled the appointment the day before. Now yesterday they called to confirm the appointment and left a voicemail saying it was at 1 pm. I called back to confirm the appointment. I have had nothing but problems out of this place! I drive 3 hours one way to come here because they are the closest place to me that accepts my insurance, and every time an appointment has been scheduled with them it gets canceled at the last second with some cockamamie excuse I do not recommend these people at all

ALWAYS cancelling appointments ALWAYS with the excuses. Doctors are NEVER in. I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years with these people. Rescheduling kept happening to the point where a cavity turned into me needing oral surgery once I was finally able to get seen. They’re doing the same to my kids. DO NOT GO HERE!

I made an appointment in late July and was scheduled on August 29th. When I called up on August 28th to confirm my appointment time they didn't even have me in the system or any recollection of the appointment, I've since called 3 times and left voicemails and have not gotten a call back since August 28th. And it's extremely hard to understand their receptionist. I can understand being busy but this is ridiculous.....
