Waited for 2 hours for a simple cleaning and check up. They said they are short staffed but there are people walking around doing nothing. Very unprofessional and did not inform us on wait time. They saw patients that came in after us first. I will find another dentist.
The staff was very kind and accommodating during our visit. Although our appointment was unfortunately lost between the call center and their scheduling system, they were able to fit us in, which we truly appreciated. During the appointment, the X-ray machine was not functioning properly for my 5-year-old autistic son. The team did their best under the circumstances, and he handled it well. Wow, had 2 teeth that broke in May, I called the springfield office and was told they were making appointments in August, so my appointment was August 12th, received a text on August 11th, saying my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for October 10th was called October 10th 2 hours before my appointment time and was canceled again, and rescheduled for October 29th, and once again was canceled and rescheduled for November 17th, I received another call on November 12th and canceled again, and this time I asked for the of... read more
I wish I could give it a 0... ok so I started my dentures journey with this company back in January. Got all my teeth pulled and told this process including dentures should take 6 months tops. Cool. So they pulled teeth everything was fine with the old doctor, so fast forward to June when I came in and got temp teeth made that went well. Except I hadn't heard anything in 3 weeks pertaining to my dentures coming in so I called them and they said someone should of called me they were in.
