DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Staff is nice but the work they do is not Orthodontist does not know what she is doing, does not have enough experience, don’t waste your time and money here, COMPANY only cares about money and not the patients, in the process of suing orthodontist for negligence!
We waited for so long over 2 hours at the Kostoryz location. The Dentist (Neuman) was good at explaining things however he assumed I was a Medicaid patient because I am Hispanic when I have dental insurance on file. He seemed overwhelmed running behind maybe they should space out patients by the hour and not half hour then have you wait 2 hours. Or higher more staff. I will give them one more try and go from there.
