Yesterday was the first time I went to Optim. The service was beyond great. Everyone In the office was very friendly. They took time to explain the questions I had and even came up with a plan for future visits. My husband also went for his first visit there and could not be happier. He had a very needed deep cleaning done and the dentist explained everything as they did it as well as what areas he could better in. They have some one who speaks Spanish as well so that was a big plus for us! I highly recommend Optim Dental.
This dentist office is a joke. 1st visit x-rays taken with child sensors on an adult. Visit was 3 hours and didn't get my teeth cleaned. 2nd visit was ok. Had 2 fillings done and my teeth cleaned. Had to go back for a 3rd visit because Dr. Jones didn't do 1 of the fillings correctly and I was in pain out of town for a week. Doctor was upset that she had to fix her mistake, threw down her drill and zoomed out of the room. the doctor pulled out the wrong teeth and did not feel like it was his problem. I call him back to let him no about the problem and he acted like he did not care because he was a no show and had the other people talk for him.
Very rude staff rude to elderly and suggested that my daughter needed to be slapped going somewhere else next time
The place is a joke. I have had to come over here twice and still, my daughter has not been seen. I don't understand how a person can call and have there insurance transferred to La Costa Dental, call La Costa Dental, just to double-check so I can avoid problems AND STILL NOT HAVE MU DAUGHTER SEEN. LA COSTA DENTAL. #GETYOURCRAPTOGETHER
That they are money hungrey. I went in and they said I have 7 cavities... I started asking questions about the cavities and which teeth they were in and the dentist would not answer my questions. I told her to talk to me like I was a patient not a fellow dentist and she still would not tell me which teeth the cavities were in. So I went for a second opinion... and I only have 1 cavity and one composite the others were only stains...
