Great dentist and hygienists, but horrible office staff. Waits could be long and you get incessant calls to schedule another appointment. Office staff could be more friendly and helpful…especially Cynthia.
Wait time consistently over an hour for appointment times shared with 5 other people. They do not inform you when they are running late. Everyone's time has value, not just yours.
Wonderful staff!! Very friendly and attentive experience! Everyone that was involved in my appt. went the extra step to make sure i was comfortable and satisfied with my procedures. Thank you Access Dental!! Highly recommend!
I was thoroughly impressed with the entire visit. From being greeted by Maria "Mari", to Mr. Ruben and Dr. Dominguez along side his most skillful assistant, Araceli. Their bedside manner was the best I have experienced in many years. I went from being doubtful and nervous to agreeing to a lengthy procedure on the same visit. Hats off you Access Dental on Zaragosa & North Loop.
