The Access Dental & Orthodontics is Greatest and the Best
I called and the 3rd party call center was so rude, I was trying to explain something and the lady was very very rude, I bet she didn't know what I was talking about.
The year and a half we have come here, my daughter has had nothing but good experiences. The staff is very nice and the doctor is very personable. Even after treatment, she made sure my daughter felt good about her teeth
The 3rd party call center is a joke. I tried rescheduling and this guy named Jessie told me that I needed to stop wasting the Dr’s time. I asked to speak with his manager and the manager Cindy was laughing when I was explaining to her my deal with this idiot. If you can have the office call you directly. As far as the office goes, they’re sweet and respectful and as well as the rest of the staff that works there. But that call center is a joke. Seriously.
