I found a better dentist because the people who run the office are incompetent. They gave away my appointment even though I confirmed via text message. They argued that I was supposed to have answered their phone call, but I teach for a living and I wasn't able to pick up the phone as that would be a distraction and a disservice to my students. Find a better dental office just like I did and avoid this place.
It is 8 am. 5/19/26 I have an appointment at 8 a.m. Your entire office is closed. Did you shut down and not notify your clients?? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Tried helping me get a loan for 500.00 out of my pocket for dentures but wouldn't give me a sedative to calm me before proceeding.
If you are thinking of coming here PLEASE DON’T! Ever since DrTippin left their customer service has been the WORST! The woman at the front is extremely rude and ignores you when you ask questions and gives misleading information. They “couldn’t” provide me her name after she removed her name tag when I asked her what her name was so I could make a complaint. The incident happened on 02/24/2026 at 8am. ACCESS DENTAL PLEASE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
