The X-ray shows one tiny cavity and they tried to bill my insurance for 4 cavities! Frad! It's been reported! Shady! Everyone involved should be held accountable.
We waited for so long over 2 hours at the Kostoryz location. The Dentist (Neuman) was good at explaining things however he assumed I was a Medicaid patient because I am Hispanic when I have dental insurance on file. He seemed overwhelmed running behind maybe they should space out patients by the hour and not half hour then have you wait 2 hours. Or higher more staff. I will give them one more try and go from there.
