我在年度洗牙时告诉帮我洗牙的牙医助理（因为是助理帮我洗的，不是牙医本人），我的牙龈有点发炎，那位助理告诉我等一下牙医过来看看，我等了三十分钟，那位最粗鲁的高个子张医生过来了，帮我简单看了一下，告诉我这颗牙齿要拔掉，让我去专科医生那里去拔牙，很不耐烦的打发我走，我想多问一个问题都不愿回答，我去了专科医生那里，那边的医生告诉我牙龈发炎不需要拔牙，而且拔牙之后会有几年甚至数十年的植牙痛苦问题困扰着你，我想问一下高个子张医生你作为一名经过训练过的牙医，深知拔牙是对于一些保不住牙齿做出的最后一个步骤，我只是牙龈发炎你就让我拔牙，你的医德何在！！！强烈不推荐我们的同胞去这家牙科！！！

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I didn’t receive a clear explanation of my treatment options. Communication was poor, and I left feeling confused and frustrated. The staff was not as helpful or compassionate.I expected better care and professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Very bad. I told her my tooth painful but she didn’t check then ask me to look for other doctors to do root canal . I will not go their anymore.

同胞们千万不要去这个牙科 从前台到医生 除了会洗牙还能做什么 在美从来没有体验过这么糟糕的诊所 希望大家避坑

Great dental practice! It was my first time I was seen right on time for my appointment, and the cleaning was thorough yet quick. The facility is modern and very clean, and the front desk team made check-in and verify my insurance quickly I will definitely be back and recommend my friends!
