去年在这里做了两颗烤瓷牙，才一个星期就掉了，粘了又掉好几次，去别的牙科看了说是磨的太小了，现在又掉了，打电话过去让方医生看，然后前台告诉我方医生年底预约满了，要到明年，我说那我的牙齿就这样了吗？然后告诉我有别人取消就告诉我，然后就把电话挂了，牙齿做的不好，服务态度也不好，花1500$做两个烤瓷牙就管一年。后来刘医生给我免费重新做了2个烤瓷牙，现在牙齿在也不掉了。
在卓越牙科做的根管治疗，几个月后发炎，一检查说是填充物是棉签引起的，这符合规范吗？
不专业，前台态度太糟糕，在哪弄不是弄，但这态度我选择下一家，这样的前台适合去驱鬼
前台态度非常差，不专业，洗牙也不干净，做完牙齿后也没有任何交代需要注意事项就急匆匆地去接下一个客人！
在卓越看牙有10年以上了，我很多家人朋友都在这里。今天与一位前台电话预约的经历太差劲，话没有讲完就挂电话，我打过去她说对每个客人都这样接电话，对此感到很失望。她不肯告诉我名字，我只想说如果你心情不好可以在家休息好再来上班，没有人为你的情绪买单。以后永远不会再去了
