I am so angry at this dental practice. They are quick to collect money and delay service. I had the impression done in early March 2025. Two weeks later, I went back for the follow-up appointment and they told me that I haven't done the impression and I need to do it. The dentist remembered, but the back office staff neglected and dropped the ball. Because of this carelessness, more time is wasted. Time is money, and I seek restitution!

Pricing was bad and rude. left in the middle of conversation. gave me different pricing every time when I talked to her for the same treatment. ask me to go with a new doc she got lately and pay more. she said I can go somewhere else if I rejected it. I said to her if you force me to do it I would not come here anymore, she just waive her hand and said " Just go" without even looking at me. So bad....

去年在这里做了两颗烤瓷牙，才一个星期就掉了，粘了又掉好几次，去别的牙科看了说是磨的太小了，现在又掉了，打电话过去让方医生看，然后前台告诉我方医生年底预约满了，要到明年，我说那我的牙齿就这样了吗？然后告诉我有别人取消就告诉我，然后就把电话挂了，牙齿做的不好，服务态度也不好，花1500$做两个烤瓷牙就管一年，真正说一年都管不了，怪不的一堆差评。

Think twice for this place. I had one crown here. It was such big mistake. There was a big gap between gum and edge of the crown. So i was sensitive to hot and cold water. Also the crown was too high. It was very painful once I had on. But the dentist insisted to wear and adjusted it. But i was still uncomfortable. The other dentist refused to fix because that was not done from him. So finally I gave up and went to other clinic have redo it.
