Access....takes Medi-cal...thats about it Access dental center on mangrove will take medi-cal. They are for the patient that doesn't know what a good dentist is. I and others have waited 3-5 hours when they are "running behind" I think their dentists are inexperienced..one tried to give me novocaine in all 4 quadrants of my mouth just for a so-called "Deep Cleaning."

I so LOVED it at Access! They knew how scared i was so they were extra gentle. They worked with me on the cost and were just fabulous!
I went in for a deep cleaning it was going to cost me $1600 I said I couldn't afford that so they told me they would work it out with my insurance and call me back if it was covered. They then called two days later said everything was cleared up and my cost for said cleaning would be $135. So I went in got it done paid the $135 that day. And a month later they were sending me bills for $1600 saying it's my fault and insurance didn't cover it so I owe more. The Receptionist – If there is a problem, one can't get past "Lily" to get a return call from anyone. One must file a grievance with headquarters of Access Dental. Not worth the trouble.
