I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and misleading service from this company. I originally booked an appointment for a cleaning, but after confirming my appointment, they suddenly demanded that I also pay for a check-up, which I never asked for. They said if I didn’t agree to the check-up, my appointment would be canceled. This is not only frustrating, but it also feels like a scam, pressuring customers to pay for unnecessary services.
