Been going here for years and the dentists have always been thorough and gentle.
Absolutely wowed by my experience at Access Dental today. The lovely receptionist went out of her way to help me with understanding my private heath benefits, she was so friendly and welcoming. And Dr Wong was patient and kind and had a very friendly and professional manner. Totally put me at ease. Usually going to the dentist is not a nice experience but today the team at Access made it a pleasure. You’ve got a new regular patient in me! Thankyou!
I have been seeing Dr Brian at his clinic at Bull Creek for a long time ....10 years plus may be .... They have always highlighted that there is going to trouble me soon .... Rightly so after 10 years ... It started giving me pain and the clinic managed to reschedule me from Bull creek to city clinic to be extracted by Dr Brian... even though the process of getting ready was a bit confuse at first as no one in the clinic was telling me that I need to take nerve claiming medication....hence Dr Brian was kindly enough to resch... read more
Great visit, over an hour in the chair yesterday, every stage of my Dental appointment was explained thoroughly. Very friendly chatty staff. Would highly recommend.
