I say rude cause she doesn't return phone calls, promises to call a d never does, says she can see you and then says she can't.. I came all the way down from sac for her services in napa stating she could help me get paper work field out just so she could flake on me last minute and say she can't cause basically she has better things to do!! Rude, inconvenienced me and unprofessional! I wasted gas to come down here for nothing!! Go elsewhere if you want to be treated better!
