I absolutely love access Counseling they have helped me so much my dr is the best anytime I have any situation I call them and he responds in a timely manner and ALWAYS helping me in anyways they are able! I recommend anyone that needs a therapist to reach out to access they are the best in my opinion and ask for Dr. Alshami who will help you no matter what!
It's awful sad I get kicked out of a mental health facility over a voicemail because of a new Dr messing with my mental health medicine. Mental health patients are not supposed to go 2 and 3 days without their medicine at all! It's sad that after a year of being there I finally take the option of getting a caseworker just to ignored, pushed to the side from multiple case workers. This place is a joke. My partner is a client here and there is always a problem getting her meds . She has gone days without her medication a few times now and this will be medication she can't go without. They truly don't take mental health seriously at all. I wish this place would get investigated.

This place is VERY unprofessional! I seen my doctor Wednesday just for him to not call in NONE of my medicine. I guess he was too worried about telling me how Dr. Adelman wasn't doing her job, and that's why I have him now. Oh ya, and kept saying "I need to see you" (what?!), I see my therapist every other week in Hamilton and have for 18 months. I've been with him for approximately 4 months, the VERY first thing he does is cut me back on my meds, ive went 2 different weekends with zero medicine because Dr. Ashami thinks sob... read more
