The receptionist is unprofessional and doesn’t know what date she books appointments for. Gave me 2 options for a date to bring my son in for an emergency visit for pain, I picked the soonest one, the next day. My son comes in the next day for the appointment and they are talking about an appointment was never made. Then proceeds to tell me I never called and made an appointment for my son at 8am that day.. basically calling me a liar to my face. I would recommend finding you another place that knows what they are doing.
Was terrified about having teeth pulled without being completly sedated, and only having the shots to numb thought forsure id feel it but was very surprised how good the main Dr was he made sure to give me n extra shot and i truely didn't feel nothing at all went much smoother than I expected 👍🏻
I broke a tooth and made an appointment for it, I have had bad experiences at other dentists before and have severe depression. When I checked in I was really nervous and brought my spouse back with me. The hygienist Erin was helpful and kind. Then I was seen by Dr. Tepes, and told him about how due to my depression, other conditions and family history that it affects my teeth. There policy makes no sense when u walk in the first question theyvask is if u r c sick but if I call in sick or say u r they punish u by making u go on a retribution of not being able to schedule a new appointment more than a couple day out at a time so it seems like even though they say they don't want u there sick the punish u for being truthful and not exposing others to sickness
