Made us wait 1 and a half hours after our appointment time to see us. What’s the point of appointments if you’re gonna let people go infront with later appointed times. I never leave any negative reviews, but if you’re going to choose this place, don’t. They are very disorganized and not able to function as a proper medical office.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Access Community Health Center. First, I want to acknowledge that I have had a positive experience with my PCP, Dr. Hora Nemati. She has always been professional, caring, and attentive to my concerns. I have discussed some of these issues with her, and she encouraged me to bring them to management's attention. I had a great experience with Dr. Ali Shahverdiani and his team. He is extremely caring and attentive, and he truly takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. What really sets him apart is his dedication; he personally follows up with patients and ensures his staff does the same. I also want to thank his wonderful staff for their consistent follow-up and concern. It’s rare to find this level of care and coordination these days. I highly recommend this practice.
