I’m baffled by the negative reviews. I’ve been a patient for years and never have a problem getting in for primary care. I’m always treated great. YES it’s difficult to get in to the dental clinic but you need to have a little common sense - there are only a few dentists that take Medicaid within a few hundred miles and thousands of people who need appointments. They treat you like crap. If you miss one appointment due to car issues or you had to cancel in general. They put you on this list. So if you need to get anything done to your teeth you are sitting and waiting until they see you. I sat for an hour and a half before anybody even acknowledged me. All's I needed to do was get my teeth cleaned and my teeth looked at. But when they tell you to be there at a certain time and you sit there. Tried calling to get an appointment - was told 'we are prioritizing pregnant women and children under 19". So I asked when an appointment is available. "Please call back 'later this year'". So I asked, when that would be. "We are prioritizing pregnant women and children under 19". I was just looking to establish a new PCP since we changed insurance with a provider I desired. C
I had a crown come off the back of my tooth last night so I decided to call Access after hours number and spoke with the lady there and told her what was going on and that I was getting pain in my jaw area. She told me that the Access Dental clinic on East Washington location in Madison Wisconsin does not open until 8 AM which I do know that, but if I arrived at seven, when people started coming into work that they may be able to take me back right away and just cement the crown back on And I know from previous experience fo... read more
