I was going to give a negative review ONE STAR but I am giving it a FIVE STAR. I went to my first doctor appointment at this clinic 3 weeks ago and I almost walked out due to the horrible attitude of the woman at front desk check-in....she needs to be more professional in her position...I give that person a negative star. But I was so glad I stayed because the way nurse Karla treated me and talked to me completely made up for the negative experience earlier. Can’t get a hold of anybody to get my sons blood test results also went in for sports physical and my nurse from my sons School contacted them and they said he has never seen. Don’t go here .
Excellent primary care experience with Steve Chapa. Takes time to listen to questions and concerns. Appointments never feel rushed. Most impressed with after-appointment follow up on test results. Would recommend to anyone looking for a PCP!
