My kids love this place. Everyone great!!
Love this place! Everyone from the folks scheduling, to the hygienists, to the dentist has been top notch. I have avoided going to the dentist for years due to dental anxiety but have had 3 visits that have gone perfectly. Thank you!
I stopped in to get an appointment for a broken front tooth. They couldn't even get me in because they were booked up for 30 days straight and won't accept Amy more appointments. So I went to Prairie Lakes Dental and they got me in 4 days later. Then a week later I got it capped at Prairie Lakes. This place is a complete was of time and the last time I used Access for a cleaning they cancelled my appointment the day before. Completely worthless and avoid this place..
Great service
I have been having some issues with this place. I’ve never had to “confirm” an appointment…why did I schedule it if I wasn’t going to go? They decided to CANCEL my appointment because I did not get in contact with them. Even though I sat on hold waiting for them to answer the phone. My last visit was a chipped front tooth. I had to go in twice to get this “fixed”. The first time they “fixed“ the tooth it chipped off that same day.
