On time every time. Polite. Never have to wait long for after appointment pick up.
Great staff, great overall. Some days some look miserable but I understand! Never less they do a good job👍
Partial done has been causing me severe pain. Not worth them doing partial or denture work. Very poor quality. Inadequate proficiency on their part. They blame the patient over accepting responsibility for their incompetence. Don't waste your time and effort on partials or dentures through them. They'll leave you suffering and in pain for weeks. I stopped in to get an appointment for a broken front tooth. They couldn't even get me in because they were booked up for 30 days straight and won't accept Any more appointments. So I went to Prairie Lakes Dental and they got me in 4 days later. Then a week later I got it capped at Prairie Lakes. This place is a complete waste of time and the last time I used Access for a cleaning they cancelled my appointment the day before. Completely worthless and avoid this place..
My kids love this place. Everyone great!!
