Shocking company, if there was any other I would not use access.no communication , carers either turn up much later or ften not at all. Can't get answer on the phone or a reply to voice message it seems that they are only content to tick boxes , with no concern about clients as human beings needing assistance. Rachel and I have a very good working relationship and I am very happy with the service access give me. I trust I will see Rachel more.
This is the most disgusting age care organisation that I have had to deal with over the years. We have complained many times and from the reviews so have others in the same boat. The people in the back office should be fired especially the scheduler who needs to learn how to tell the time. We should have two carers turn up to shower my mum and each week we have the same problem eg: one scheduled for 12pm and the other scheduled for 2pm.
