I have been a client for a few years now and my experience has not been very good. Always fighting access about staff and the times they arrive. I've not been able to meet with other professional appointments or if I want to make plans with others it has to be after mid day. Im 40 years old and I should be able to seize the day but no I have to seize the night. So if you love your loved ones I would not pick access. Not mention they steal hours. Te Whatu Ora alocate hours of service but access do not provide those full hours... read more
We were offered generous help but the patient is too damaged/sensitive to accept it. What attention she has allowed has been excellent. In the course of 5 years there have been the odd administration problem but always quickly sorted and unfailing courtesy and concern. Thank you.
Access? Try contacting them, they are worse than a government department! They save money at the patients cost.
