Maha in services department had been so helpful very good customer service I was very happy with the customer service she helped me with a bunch of things I couldn’t do on my own and she was very patient with me thank you Maha for all the help 10/10! recommend Maha for any help ❤️ ill be a loyal customer ❤️
My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM. I was made to wait over an hour outside and then an additional 30 minutes inside the check room. During this time, I received no clear updates or explanation. After waiting for more than an hour and a half, I spoke with the receptionist. WOW. I have no words to explain the amount of gratitude I feel towards this clinic. Sam went above and beyond to make sure my partner had access to his lifesaving medications without my husband running out. The staff here are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their patients are taken care of. I will never be able to pay back the amount of stress ACCESS has taken off of our lives. I’m redoing my initial review. There are some things that could be def be improved and I needed a pcp more familiar with my neuro condition as well as be in a larger institution to be able to communicate easier to coordinate care w/other providers. I appreciate the clinic having providers willing to welcome and work with the LGBTQ community. Plenty of other places could learn from them on showing acceptance to everyone regardless of background.
Good for the services I required! I usually had to go to 2 places, but I was told I could use just this one!
