I am not very happy with Acess Business Solution , I have been waiting for my order, laser etching machine in 6 weeks, maybe 7 weeks. There is very POOR commutation and POOR service ! ! In their website, saying Fully refurbished , Well it was not immediately shipping, they had to order some parts for those machine. End up 6 weeks, she said they ordered part.
