The office staff seems to be incompetent. Never checking voicemails so it seems because I never get a response from any voicemail I leave. They rarely answer the phones either. I had a pretty rude experience with a med manager there which I will be switching back to my current mental health clinic for med management services again. I don't deal with unnecessary rudeness when I happen to be respectful and polite. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place, unless you want to deal with incompetence.
I’ve gone here for med management and counseling for two years. They are amazing and so accommodating
if you have the ability to go somewhere else you should. This place is disorganized, uninviting, and the worst facility of its kind that I've ever seen. Good luck.
