I needed help finding a safe place for my 23 year old daughter to live who was just starting out on her own. Gina was a tremendous help with the application process and understanding how hard it is to find a place that will accept first time renters. So, I've seen all the previous bad reviews and all I can say is that, for me, that place was wonderful. The apartment and the facilities were clean and functional, the location is totally walkable, and the landscaping is to die for. These small apartments fill a niche that I couldn't find anywhere else in the whole area for the price. I had one problem with my garbage disposal that was fixed immediately.
