5/8/26 Dr.Rachel Unger discriminated me for my status and judge me. Medical assistant or Nurse Carla was the best and so helpful. Today I came as a walking to see a doctor since I was not feeling well, and the only Doctor that was available to see me was Dr. Rachel Unger this was my first and las time that I’m seeing her. I have been an Access patient since I was a child and I have to say that this my appointment with Dr Carla and Dr Unger was one of the best experiences I have had with a health care team in a long time! They are so patient, supportive and caring, and they make sure that all your need are met. Dr Carla is such a vibrant person she truly made my day and Dr Unger is so kind and attentive. My wife had an appointment with Dr.Teho today it was awesome. Carla is the best nurse In the business. Found my new doctor and clinic.
I have been coming to ACCESS health on Ashland for a long time, I have never recieved care like Ms.Carla at my most recent appointment. She surprised me with her compassion and obvious love for her job, Ms.Carla turned my day around after I was having a not so good start. Plus Ms.Unger listens and really thinks about your diagnosis and treatment options. She explains what tests she took and what they mean. The people here care about their patients, and I will keep coming back.
