Unprofessional clinic made me wait a month to be seen just to cancel my appt the day of. I should've known by the many negative reviews left on this clinic
The doctor I have there is amazing, Absolutely amazing! How ever the front desk needs to get their stuff in order! Utterly ridiculous how long I had to sit on the phone to Try to speak to my doctor. I had to call the call center just for them to get a hold of the front desk! I call three times! The first time they picked up my call and mistaken me as a different patient then put me on hold after waiting for another 23 mins on hold they picked up started dialing on the phone and hung up on me. Stupid place, works amazingly slow No one picks up phone, disgusting attitude
This location suck! They never answer the phone. I’ve been calling non stop because I haven’t received my test results, which is usually available the next day. It’s been 3-4 days and have not gotten my results back. I’m going to stick to my home clinic grand access on 55th. This location very unprofessional, the nurse practitioner never followed up with me. I sent her a message, and everything. This location need to be shut down
