Please do not waste your money and time with Access. I was having trouble with my refrigerator. I scheduled my appointment online and in the morning the receptionist called to confirm time. A technician came out and said nothing was wrong with my refrigerator. He suggested I clean the coils, but said they are clean and he didn’t need to do it. I called after the tech was an hour over his 4 hour window to arrive. I had not received a call to reschedule or even advise the tech was running almost two hours late. When I spoke to the receptionist she did not seem to understand what the issue was, stating the tech was on his way, completely disregarding the ridiculousness of the overdue tech.
