Great place~ affordable fees
After 12 years… I am very glad I took the advice of a friend and rented a storage unit here over other places. My rent has raised at a very fair and manageable rate, especially compared to competitors and considering inflation. Mark is very good at communicating and has been so polite and patient with me, even when I accidentally put stuff in the dumpster that was not allowed. Security is definitely a priority here. Clean, well managed, overall good storage experience without all the break ins I've heard about with a lot of other facilities, at least that I know of. However, despite it's name and the sign, it is not accessible anytime, just most of the time.
These people are very rude, they have different rules for different people, they want to know what is in storage unit. And they want to be in their customers business. Plus the units aren't climate controlled so you risk items getting damaged. Also for what they offer the prices are too high compared to other places. Finally, they make up their own rules when it comes to giving you your deposit back and their move-in special as they call it. And they call from blocked or private numbers. This place has been great I've actually enjoyed doing business with the friendly people here! They don't try to raise your rates every month like all those other places, either, which is really nice. The property is exceptionally clean, well managed and very highly secured. I have felt very safe storing my belongings here, and have never worried about my property getting messed with at any time. They do however require a vacate notice, but no big deal really...
