Lady at the front desk was kind and funny. Made my mom and I feel at ease.
My husband has a chest catheter for dialysis and we have been coming for 2 years, kelly, the receptionist, is amazing and will do everything in her power to get you scheduled. The staff is great and always on schedule. It's a bit of a drive for us, but TOTALLY WORTH IT. With the decline in Healthcare these days, this place is a shining example of how to treat people with compassion and understanding. We will never go anywhere else because they are so fantastic. Place is disgustingly dirty. Front lobby the floor is coming up The windows haven't been washed and who knows how long The chairs are all ripped in the lady who works the window wasn't very pleasant. Why would somebody want to go to a place like this. Don't go there go somewhere else, if you care about safety.
