Access Alliance is one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. This clinic shows zero respect for patients and clearly does not care about people’s health or time. They constantly forget to return calls, ignore patients, and leave you completely in the dark. When you finally manage to book an appointment, they give dates one or even two months away, which is unacceptable for anyone needing medical care. Calling them is a nightmare. Very disappointing experience with Alliance Access. Getting an appointment with the doctor is extremely difficult and delays are unreasonable. Despite multiple follow-ups and contacting the doctor’s manager several times, no effective action was taken and my concerns were ignored. For a medical service, patient care and timely access to doctors are critical, but unfortunately this clinic does not meet those basic expectations.
