Doctor Mike Lukanda has been my family doctor for over 15 years and I can honestly say in those 15+ years I have not had a bad experience with him nor has my other family members. One problem I always experience with other doctors they can be very judgmental dismissive and robot like. Not doctor Lukanda not only is he a great doctor but also a great caring down to earth human and if it was up to me he would receive every medal there is for a doctor to receive!! Access Alliance is one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. This clinic shows zero respect for patients and clearly does not care about people’s health or time. They constantly forget to return calls, ignore patients, and leave you completely in the dark. When you finally manage to book an appointment, they give dates one or even two months away, which is unacceptable for anyone needing medical care. Calling them is a nightmare.
