Les marque hoy Durante media hora para una cita desde 9-9:30 am y me decia que estaba cerrado la hora desde llamada y a las 9:30 en punto me dice que ya estan llenos, cuando nunca abrieron las llamadas, Como le puedo hacer entonces para agendar una cita?
I called to reschedule my sister's appointment, a woman in reception took 30min to find her file, the receptionistwas being very rude throughthe whole call. At the end my sister's date of birth was wrong and I was explaining the change on her file and the receptionist just ended the call. So I couldn't reschedule her appointment, neither change her file.
Nobody here helps you out with correct information. I hurt my knee i was struggling with walking I called them they said the access aliance at college st will accept walk in patients I went there they refused to take me and I called multiple locations they kept giving me each others number as a walk in clinic. To the people who want to go there, despite the information they provide, this is NOT a walk in.
Doctor Mike Lukanda has been my family doctor for over 15 years and I can honestly say in those 15+ years I have not had a bad experience with him nor has my other family members. One problem I always experience with other doctors they can be very judgmental dismissive and robot like. Not doctor Lukanda not only is he a great doctor but also a great caring down to earth human and if it was up to me he would receive every medal there is for a doctor to receive!!
