At my initial appointment, I was told by the doctor that it was her last day working there, and she doesn't know why they gave her a new patient. I didn't receive my prescriptions until a week after I should have. The same issue is happening again this month and the reception/teamleads are unhelpful. It is dangerous to mess with peoples medications this way.

I would just look for someplace else and save your myself the hassle. I got my blood drawn and the lady couldn’t draw my blood and I told her that nurses usually use a smaller needle on me and she got irritated and was telling me how all needles are the same. Then proceeded to use the butterfly needle finally like I suggested and drew blood which was painful she was moving the needle around clearly didn’t know what she was doing, she told me I should make another appointment if I didn’t persist that she keep trying. Brought my son in and he got diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection under 2 years old. He needed to be seen back in a week. I waited all night at Walgreens for them to tell me that the doctor never sent any medications over. So now the next morning I’m trying to get a hold of his pediatrician and the receptionist that is covered in glam and pink diamonds refuses to answer the phones or will pick up my call and end it making me lose the connection.
