This was my first time trying acupuncture at all - I was trying to get some help for ongoing sleep issues. Huge thanks to James for his excellent service that has helped me so much! His attention to detail and treatments have been essential in helping me turn my sleep around. I highly recommend this clinic and James as an acupuncturist!

Do not waste your money on this place if you are looking for instant relief! My boyfriend and I both saw James for neck and low back pain. We have had acupuncture many times and have had positive results instantly. James decided to poke us with needles in our scalp, between fingers, toes, knees and forehead. He did not even try to touch the problematic areas. He told me that we should feel instant relief once he “finds the pressure point” but in the same breath said that “we could feel results in a day”. I visited Julie for help with a sports injury and for general wellness. Safe to say I was impressed with her depth of knowledge, thoroughness, and clear communication throughout the treatment. I left feeling a dramatic reduction in my symptoms and like I had spent a day at the spa! I was also given clear guidelines for homecare. Treatment was provided in a warm friendly environment and I will definitely be going back!
