Made a purchase from them. Paid online and payment cleared my account (I have the bank statements) access 390 llc said they did not receive payment. I sent a screenshot of my bank statement and proof of payment/it clearing my account. Access 390 llc again claimed they had not received payment and began getting very combative/defensive and cursing at me. I have still not received the item purchased or a refund.
