I was seen quickly but definitely felt like I wasted my time. Explained my situation and when the physician was about to leave the room, I asked if she can prescribe me antibiotics. She had an attitude. I don’t generally write bad reviews but I was the only person in the waiting room and feel the service shouldn’t been better. I spent more time filling out the forms than being seen.
I needed to find an Urgent Care facility and found Access 365 Urgent Care. I am so glad that I did. The facility is new and well equipped. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Smart and her nurse were caring, thorough and listened well. It was an incredible experience. I am grateful for their service and excellent bedside manner. Mark this in your contacts. This our new go to for Urgent Care. Thank you.

Went in at 9am took seconds to register was called in 5 minutes later. I explained to the doc what I felt. They took exrays and the doc returned. That was fast accurate and to the point. Great place
