I visited this urgent care today and told them I had cold like symptoms, sore throat, post nasal drip, etc. I was given a mask, which was fine. Meanwhile in the waiting room, there was a patient with an uncontrollable cough and he didn't have a mask. I was not coughing. The receptionist was just ok, she could have been more pleasant. The nurse practioner who took my vitals was extremely pleasant so I had high hopes for the doctor. WRONG!! She was so rude and short with me. Gave me a covid test which was negative. This is my first time being to an urgent care. Debra at the front desk was personable and very professional. The young lady who took my vitals was very nice as well. Dr. Smart was the same as Debra. Dr. Smart listened to my concerns and at no point did I feel rushed or my questions not important. She was amazing. I would highly recommend this facility.
I was met with rudeness when I came in shortly before closing. I did not realize they closed at 2pm which is fine by me but the way it was handled was uncalled for. Do better.
Five PLUS stars for Access 365 Urgent Care. Outstanding care delivered by the medical office assistant, nurse and doctor. I received a warm, friendly greeting and the triaging was compassionate and professional. Within minutes of completing the intake form, I was seen by an excellent nurse who was quick, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. I then immediately saw the doctor who already had my test results.
