this agency was assigned to help my disabled brother ,tried to contact his case worker for over a week to get a copy of my brother documents but my calls were blocked and my emails were ignored so decided to call the agency and the owner which is the manager answered the call and was very aggressive keeps questioning me tell stating i keeped calling the case manager while i was blocked and telling me I have to have an appointment with the case worker to get the help for my brother, so I asked her just to send me a copy of my... read more
They are very consistent and DO NOT leave you alone. Not everything happens at once. They need to teach their counselors..while they are amazing, that they need to chill.
