When answering the phones. Being you have two locations it should be stated which location you reached. Especially since your Scottsdale number often crosses over to the Phoenix line. I don't appreciate being on hold for 10 min to tell me your chart isn't here. it’s highly unprofessional and someone needs to do better in your office.
