They installed a remote start on our car even though it already had a factory installed remote start that we didnt know about
10 years ago they used to do window tints and alarms and I bought them for my car. The tints had a "LIFETIME WARRANTY" went there yesterday he said he was going to take care of it he knows the work was done there. Now SAMMY doesn't want to take care of it. Save yourselves go somewhere else

Access One Alarm and Audio provide excellent service. They installed a new head unit, backup camera, and rearview mirror monitor into my sports car. They also fixed my subwoofers and several problems I had with my electronics. Their service was fast and their rates very fair. I am very happy with the service I received and would happily use Access One again. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely 5+ stars for the front of the house! Bob you are the man! Bob took so much time speaking with me today about a new stereo and even went the extra mile to test my amp and try to figure out why my front speakers are not working. I have been to Best Buy (no one can ever be found to talk with) and a couple area shops that never gave me more than 5-10 mins of their time. Very professional people. Excellent work, and quick! I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto alarms or audio!
Do not let the location deceive you, though the temporary storefront can throw you off guard, the quality and service more than make up for it. I spoke with Sam on several occasions, he took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and made sure to get my car done quickly. I promise you, this is where you want to take your car.
