Accerta is honestly exhausting. Communication is a whole saga! you’ll get answers eventually, maybe, if the stars align. The process is so confusing it should count as cardio because you’ll be running in circles the entire time. If you enjoy chaos disguised as service, this place is perfect.
Every step of the process felt like wading through molasses — slow responses, unclear instructions, and a level of disorganization that made me question whether anyone was actually paying attention. Getting a straight answer was nearly impossible, and any attempt to follow up was met with silence or vague replies that didn’t help at all. If you’re expecting efficiency, transparency, or even basic respect for your time, look elsewhere.
This review is back now, after i learned that Accerta had this review removed by a third party company. I was left to die, untreated, even though i qualified for the dental special care plan. Accerta would not approve funding, but they sure can get out their corporate credit card, to remove a truthful, negative review, that they could not remove via Google's proceedures and rules.
