The most incompetent & unprofessional insurance agency I've ever had to deal with. The business has went downhill ever since Josh left when they were still Titan Insurance. They have taken my money and never provided me with insurance on my boat. They submitted incomplete info to DMV causing my truck registration to get suspended. spoke to Armando through the phone a couple days ago & I can say it was one of the best experiences l've had helping me obtain the auto insurance that will benefit me the best now & in the long run. As someone who struggles to speak, his friendly manner made my experience feel comfortable, He was very patient with me as I had to retrieve some stuff I didn't have on hand.
