Ladies here are very friendly and have great customer service. I have had insurance with them for awhile now. When I had a claim they took real good care of me, and got my car fixed right away.
I called to get a quote for my cousin and the customer service was fabulous!! The lady that answered the phone was cheerful and actually sounded like she was there to help me; I called several companies before this one and everyone seemed like they were in a bad mood. I will be going in to this store in March to get a quote in person to meet this awesome person. She made me feel at ease when I asked a million and one questions for my cousin. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!!
I have been an Acceptance customer for 5+ years and the price and customer service at the Weber location is outstanding!! If you need a quote or insurance give them a call. Ask for Lashonn or Tracy, they are the best and will go above and beyond to help you with all your insurance needs.
