I need to speak with corporate service sucks agents are just rude for no reason at all
Will was very rude today for no reason at all while trying to explain to him the incident that occurred between the other agent (JANET) he immediately was combative without even listening to what actually occurred I asked him several time to give me her name and he refused after the 4th time I asked for her name he then wanted to provide me her name never had a issue with him at all up until today it’s always imperative to listen to your customers first before reacting to a situation that you have no knowledge of im so over ... read more

Benelle was the agent that assisted me with getting the most awesome insurance. She was so friendly and made the process incredibly easy.
